It's done.
A logo Pappillon LV bag. I succumbed in the end to the logo after holding back for so long. Basically because it became bit of a thing and everybody was using the LV logo for status, therefore it came a bit ‘done’ for me. I like the cute size of the Papillon and the fact that it’s vintage and has stood the test of time, sold it for me.

The logo is not something I liken to having style, and the use of the logo is an obvious status symbol marker but we wanted to satisfy that area of our customers desires so I bought this little bag.

So cute and small it would make a great flight carry-on to decamp from a larger bag or to make little miss junior feel just like mummy with her very own LV logo bag to carry! (Just remember to off-set your carbon footprint when you fly my pretties! Or, better still, why not just fly far less often and look to the romance of the railway)?

To give you an idea for off-setting: London - NYC return generates around 986kg of C02 per passenger which works out at around 90kg per hour. Based on an economy-class return flight this is an estimated 0.67 tonnes per passenger, which is equivalent to 11% of the average annual emissions for someone in the UK or about the same as those caused by someone living in Ghana over a year. I think flying even once a year is more than enough and will take a lot of off-setting alone which is never really solving the problem but definitely makes you think about flying.

Should you fly, drive or take the train?

Designed with a cylindrical shape, featuring maker's monogram coated canvas exterior and brown textured Taiga leather trim, double wraparound straps and top handles, gold-tone hardware and top zip fastening.

Bag is in very good condition overall.

The coated canvas exterior has no obvious marks or signs of wear.
